PRIVACY: Your privacy is very important! Your personal information will never be given out to any other party. Period.
All of my jewelry is individually designed, so you can be sure that the piece you purchase is unique. I use only the best quality sterling silver, gold and silver plated beads and findings. The lampwork beads used in my designs are handcrafted by talented lampwork artists. All the lampwork beads have been kiln annealed for a lifetime of durability. Great care is taken to ensure that each piece is made to become a favorite for years to come.
Please note that natural gemstones and other components, such as coral, shell, seeds and freshwater pearls, have inherent characteristics that may appear as flaws. These wonderful “imperfections” are the fascinating inclusions, textures, markings, and formations that truly make every creation one-of-a-kind. When natural materials are used the size, shape, and colors will often vary.
AVAILABILITY: Most items can be made with matching pieces (i.e. earrings, bracelets, etc.) Please contact me for information and pricing. If you would like more than one of a particular item, please contact me and I will do my best to honor your request. Also, if you like a piece that has already sold, please let me know and I will create a similar piece for you.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are welcome and
encouraged! Contact us for an estimate. A 50% deposit will be required at time of order with the balance due prior to shipping. We will be in close communication with you while your piece is being made and we will work with you for your satisfaction. Custom Orders may not be returnable if the nature of the item makes it unlikely that it could be resold to someone else. This decision will be made at our sole discretion.
SALES TAX: TN residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 9.25%.
RETURNS: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise if you wish to return or exchange an item. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method such as FedEx or UPS and insure the package for the full value of your item. A full refund of the purchase price will be given when the merchandise is received in its original condition with the receipt. PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders may not be returnable if the nature of the item makes it unlikely that it could be resold to someone else. This decision will be made at our sole discretion.
