This will be the 41st year for the Nillie Bipper Creative Arts Festival, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5, 2008. This is a juried show with a variety of crafts of the finest quality.
The event is held at the Tristate Exhibition Center, which is a covered show arena, so inclement weather is never a factor.
